Welcome to the Preschool Website
We love coming to Preschool everyday! Preschool is M-F from 8:10-11:45. We have 23 kids in our class, 18 girls and 5 boys! Our room is divided up into different centers that the children can explore everyday. Some of our centers include: Block Area, ABC Center, Science Center, Library/Listening Center, Playdoh, Writing, Art, Math Center, Puppets/Flannel Board, Sensory Table, and Dramatic Play.
Each preschooler has their own iPad with educational apps downloaded on them. They also get to write and draw on our Smart Board and Smart Table.
One of our favorite things to do in preschool is sit on our circle time rug and read stories. They also enjoy small group time when they get to work with a small group of friends on an activity.
I am the Preschool Teacher at the Castlewood School District. My husband, Travis, and I have 3 kids, Mackenzie, Paul, and Trevor, who go to school here in Castlewood.
